We recommend following the hip measurements to find the most accurate size (measuring your hips at their widest point).

The underwear should fit snugly enough so that leaks cannot escape, but not so tight that it feels uncomfortable.

Caring for fluxies is easy! When you've finished wearing them, simply toss them in the wash with the rest of your clothes, then leave them to air dry.

Make sure you stay clear of fabric softener and bleach, as this can affect the absorbency of the underwear!
